Let us talk about the art of "PROCESSING" in its simplest form processing our emotions and experiences that have happened to us, allow us to see how it affected us, the areas we need to work on and how to move forward in a more positive way.
To get to the position of deciding to process something, what is important is your mind and approach to that thing, once you have a sound mind and are able to experience and recognize your feelings, without judging you will allow yourself the freedom to heal and move onto better. As tough as that experience(s) may have been, it is not fair on you to suppress, because it is in what you suppress that not only affects you mentally, but also physically.
You deserve to be happy, you deserve to have the best, but what you don't deserve is to be a victim of circumstance and the past. What happened to you was not your fault, but you are in control of how you choose to deal with it and move on and that is where processing comes into it.
