This will ensure that all the administrative tasks are taken care of before scheduling your first official session. The frequency of these sessions will be determined by your preference, whether it be weekly, biweekly, or another arrangement that suits you best.

Our counselling services offer a range of options to cater to your individual needs. You can choose between long-term or short-term counselling, as well as online therapy or telephone sessions. We understand that flexibility is important, and we aim to provide you with the most convenient and comfortable experience possible.
