SOME TIPS TO APPLY AS YOU HIGHLIGHT THE AREAS-
JOURNAL YOUR THOUGHTS
MAKE A LIST / MENTAL NOTE OF THOSE AREA(S)
SEEK PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT AS YOU HAVE DONE WITH MYSELF
THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WOULD SAY TO YOUR YOUNGER SELF, WRITE IT DOWN AND THEN BURN IT (DETACHING)
THINK ABOU WHAT YOU WOULD SAY TO YOUR FUTURE SELF, WRITE IT DOWN AND STORE IT AWAY
Once you are able to highlight the areas in your life from your past or even current that you need to work on, it will help for you to gain clarity and process as you heal. So will leave it there and hope this helps you to process and make the right steps.
