How do you feel about yourself?
Self reflections are so important for self growth and self evaluation, if you are going through things and don't seem to manage your emotions well - Take the time out, stop being on the go and take some moments to think and reflect.
We are always on the go and so if we do not take the time out when necessary, to do the above we can really burn out.
Tip 1 - KEEP A JOURNAL CLOSE BY IF NEED BE FOR YOUR FEELINGS DAY TO DAY.
This is a good way to be able to keep track of how you feel from day to day, to notice any patterns, any concerns and any struggles within.
Tip 2 - SPEAK TO TRUSTED PEOPLE EVEN IF ITS ONE PERSON.
Just don't block what you are feeling, at times these are the very signs you need to know that something is up and needs to be addressed.
TIP 3 - GO FOR SELF REFLECTIVE WALKS - CLEAR THE MIND
Going for walks helps you reflect, cut out the noise and distractions at home and the phone. It helps you dissect things in the mind that can help with clarity.
You need to take good care of yourself and be kind to yourself. Don't wear yourself down and ignore the signs.
