1). If you are of faith - Pray daily

3). Have a good community around you

4). Don't ignore the signs and patterns of the internal

5). Journal your emotions and day to day happenings

6). Know that it is okay to say NO

7). Rest breaks are essential

8). Do more self care for you and carve that time out to become a habit daily or weekly or monthly.

9). If something doesn't make you happy don't allow it

10). Manage your stress well and use tools to help this.
