Today wanted to talk briefly about PAIN POINTS. What are pain points?
A pain point links to a specific area in your life that you may have experienced or currently experiencing. Pain points are basically problems that you can highlight and want to address.
Here are some examples of pain points and as you read them, reflect on what your pain points may be.

TRIGGERS TO THE PAST
FEELINGS OF GUILT
REJECTION AND ABANDONMENT
