Journalling can also be a good way to get your feelings and worries out.

To journal or not to journal?

Journalling may not be for everybody, but it does have its benefits, you are able to have alone time to reflect, write your feelings out, read and hear yourself say what you are feeling. Not able to find the words to say?

That is fine, writing can be therapeutic, it releases, it brings clarity and helps you

tackle the areas that need to be addressed.

Try it for a few days and see how you get on with it and if it is for you continue it.

Take care
