In the times that we are in, it is so important to be kind to yourself, take care of self and ensure that you are getting support if need be. So I want to leave some pointers to support you in the area of your focus-


1). REST MORE

2). BE OKAY WITH SAYING NO

3). HAVE MANAGEABLE TO DO LISTS

4). MANAGE YOUR SLEEP WELL

5). EVAULATE YOUR DAYS - WHAT ARE YOUR DISTRACTIONS?

6). EVALUATE YOUR DAYS - WHAT SHOULD YOU BE DOING MORE?

7). TAKE BREAKS - ITS OKAY TO HAVE YOU TIME
