LETS TALK... NEGATIVITY

Today I want to highlight negativity, life comes with so many twists and turns and things that happen to us, that are not always in our control so it is important that we daily work on our minds to ensure that we are not speaking and dwelling in negative self talk or negative outward talk.
When going through things, the thoughts and actions of a person can show this, this can appear in the following-
-SELF SABOTAGING YOUR WAYS
-THINKING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
-NOT DOING SELF CHECKS AND SO DWELLING IN NEGATIVITY
-ANXIETY EPISODES
-SELF ESTEEM LOW
-GRATITUDE NOT AS HIGH
-BEING INTENTIONAL ABOUT ENCOURAGING THE NEGATIVITY
But with that said it is soo important to literally fast from all the things that will affect you as an occurrence of negativity.
I will leave you to reflect on this and ask yourself if you are someone who speaks negatively about things but especially yourself.
REFLECTIVE TIPS AND QUESTIONS…
-WHY DO I SPEAK NEGATIVELY ABOUT MYSELF?
-WHAT IS THE ROOT OF IT, WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
-HOW CAN I WORK TO OVERCOME THESE NEGATIVE TRAITS?
-WHEN THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS COME IN, IN THAT MOMENT I WILL SAY OR DO SOMETHING POSITIVE
-WRITE OUT OR SAY POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT YOURSELF AND DAILY PUT THEM IN A JAR AND GO BACK TO IT AT THE END OF THE MONTH OR WEEK
