5). ADAPT TO SAYING NO - WHEN NEEDED
6). JOURNAL YOUR THOUGHTS DAY TO DAY
7). LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
8). SEEK OUT PROFESSIONAL HELP
9). HAVE HEALTHY HUMAN INTERACTIONS

1). AVOID SLEEP FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
2). DONT FEED INTO NEGATIVE HABITS
3). DONT IGNORE THE SIGNS OF YOUR BODY
4). IGNORE EATING HEALTHY
5). DONT AVOID EXERNAL / PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
6). DONT KEEP BAD COMPANY AROUND YOU
7). SUFFER IN SILENCE WHEN IN PAIN
8). DON GIVE EVERYONE YOUR YES
9). DONT OVERTHINK
