#COVID19 a hashtag we seem to be seeing more often to talk about this corona virus pandemic of a crisis, an invisible virus we cannot see but yet is destroying the lives of so many people.
People have lost their homes, their jobs, their marriages, their lives, you name it it has been lost. We have also seen the increase of mental health matters, many are becoming more depressed, worried, anxious and doubtful if all the news are saying is in actual fact the truth and when we will be able to finally get back to a sense of normality.
I personally don't believe things will go back to exactly how it was before. But we hope that things will be able to get back to some sort of healthy lifestyle of the day to day occurrences.
SO I ASK HOW ARE YOU REALLY FEELING?
Probably not a question you have been asked lately, but I want to ask you-
Are you feeling good and optimistic?
Hopeful and expectant for the good that's to come?
Depressed and see no way out?
Unsure of self and life at the moment?
HOW ARE YOU REALLY FEELING?
Take some time to reflect on that and see what you come up with, another good way is to monitor your feelings and how you feel day to day, pick out on any patterns and talk it out if you feel comfortable to do so.
