You know yourself better than anybody knows you and so when you spot any signs in your thinking, acting and speech talk about it with someone close or a trusted professional who can help support you.
Just don't ignore the signs that are showing, for example restlessness, moody behavior, negative thoughts etc. There is a root that occurs from all this so it is important to be able to work it out in a safe environment at your own pace.
A FEW TIPS TO REMIND YOU-
- Don't rush the process
- Talk to someone you can trust
- Keep a journal of your feelings
- Read and research what is troubling you
- Do things that make you feel good about yourself
